Some basic rules on my blog

As i said in my italian blog, i have some statement to follow here.
I won’t publish any kind of adv, no adSense, no sponsorred links. This is my only way to keep this place as i like. I have another kind of job and if someone wants my articles to make money, he just have to ask me a collaboration. I would be very glad to evaluate the write for money. But here is my place. No Adv. That’s all.
I will keep online any comment left by any visitor, nobody has never been offensive and i would be very glad to keep this trend in the future.
I don’t have any ckind of moderation except my automatic antispam.
If your comment does not appear online, it means that has been caught by akismet and needs to be unlocked. Please send me an email to notify the problem. I will be happy to solve it as soon as possible.
Feel free to contact me using any media exposed in my “contacts page”, if i don’t want to be disturbed i will tell you an appropriate moment to contact me again.
Oh… last thing… if you don’t like the black background, read my feed. 
P.S. Use my feed even if you really like black backgrounds.
May i suggest you a thing?
Blog is a thing for english language, so you need to call it as “it” and not “he” when you speak about it ([...]to make money, “!he!” just have to[...]). Of course,as for all bloggers, your own Blog is something like a child, and so if you want to explain your love for your blog calling it as a person, no matter.

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. says it will modify the terms of $70 billion in troubled, mostly adjustable-rate mortgages it holds.
The New York bank inherited many of the loans as part of its September purchase of a failed competitor, Washington Mutual Inc. (NYSE:WM), and its move will cover as many as 400,000 borrowers. J.P. Morgan said Friday the borrowers will be moved into loans carrying lower interest rates, smaller principal amounts or other more-affordable terms, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The move came shortly after the bank received a $25 billion capital infusion from the U.S. Treasury’s program to strengthen financial institutions and get credit flowing.
“Our goal in doing this was to come up with something that we think will lead the industry in helping as much as possible on this issue,” said J.P. Morgan executive Charles Scharf.
John Taylor, chief executive of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, said the action was “a gutsy move on their part. They are bending over backward to try to reach out to these people.”
