I really love London and there are 5 things I never miss seeing every time I go:

Sunflowers

The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square. When i first went in there i was really surprised i didn’t have to pay to come in. I’m used to paying every kind of museum in Italy. The second astonishing thing is that i was allowed to go wherever i wanted, without a mandatory path previously designed. So i went in the fist room on the left, up the first stair and they were there: sunflowers, by Van Gogh. WOW.

The Stables

Camden Town. There are three main attractions in camden town i really enjoy every time. A vary tiny shop that sells quizzes and wooden puzzles. You can find a Rubik’s cube for two pounds. Another nice place to stay is in front of a man who plays dub mixes, flooding the place with techno music. Very cool techno music.
The masterpiece is CyberDog, my favourite shop in London. I love everything in there. Everything.

20 Eurocents

Tate Modern, 5th Floor. In 2004 i was walking through the futurism while i ran into it. I spent a couple of minutes trying to remember where i had seen it before. Of course! In my wallet!
“Forme uniche nella continuità dello spazio” is imprinted on the 20 Eurocent coin.

Apples

Apple Store, Regent Street. A place where all Apple’s enthusiasts cannot avoid. You can try tons of devices and you can find a free internet hot spot. Maybe it’s not a traditional tourist place to see, but if you are as internet-addicted as i am, you cannot miss it.

BLT

The classical one. Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato. The king of all the sandwiches you can find in food stores and starbucks. In Italy are quite impossible to find, and in London are the best compromise between spending a lot and eating junk food.

Special place: Wasabi

58, Oxford Street. Takeway Japanese Food. You can crawl through a wide selection of sushi, sashimi, temaki and so on. Very tasteful and quite cheap. Soho square is just 50 meters away and it’s the nicest place to sit and enjoy your very delicious japanese meal.
